The Drive Theory 911 race car at the Jessup facility with the Evo 8.5 parked behind it

Drive Theory Racing · Nº 250

Two cars.
One number.
A season on camera.

In 2027 we're running a Porsche 911 and an Evo 8.5 in time attack, one car per weekend, across two NASA Time Trial rounds and three Porsche Club of America (PCA) weekends. We're filming all of it, and bringing a collector car club along for the ride. We're looking for a few brands to do it with.

Founding terms close January 15, 2027.

Why We Race

Racing is how Drive Theory meets the people who'll store with us, build with us and buy from the brands we trust. Every track weekend is a content shoot, a member experience and a paddock full of buyers. We don't have the biggest following in the region. We have the right room, and we film everything that happens in it.

Questions

What brands usually ask.

How big is your audience, honestly?

Smaller than the big creators, and we'd rather say so up front. The YouTube channel is new and 2027 is its first full season. What you're buying is a room full of collectors in Jessup, a paddock full of people who buy what you sell, and footage you can use yourself. Founding partners lock this year's rate for 2028 while the numbers grow.

Do both cars run every weekend?

No. One car runs each weekend. Title partner and Associate logos are on both cars, so they're at every event. Car Partners agree which weekends their car runs with us before signing, so there's no guessing.

Can we do product instead of cash?

Yes. Technical partnerships are valued at retail in writing and earn the placement that value buys. Cash plus product works on any package too.

What happens if an event gets cancelled or a car breaks?

You get make good content or a pro rata credit. It's in the agreement, along with the minimums above, so you're never taking our word for it.

When do we need to decide?

Founding terms close January 15, 2027. That's when the livery artwork locks so the wrap can go on before the February shakedown.

Can we buy just the newsletter or Instagram?

Not yet. The Dispatch and The Hunt report are new, so for now they come inside the packages instead of being sold per issue. Once the lists are big enough to show you open rates, they'll be their own line items.

Are sponsored posts labeled?

Always. Instagram posts run with the Paid Partnership tag, and newsletter placements are marked as sponsored. It protects you as much as us.

How do payments work?

One season agreement. Half on signing and half by June 1.

Are the 2027 dates confirmed?

Not yet. NASA and PCA haven't published their 2027 calendars, so the months above follow 2026. We confirm dates in writing as soon as they're posted.

Why PCA events and not a full NASA season?

Two NASA rounds give us timed results. The three PCA weekends put the cars in front of Porsche owners, which is exactly who stores with us and who most of our partners want to reach.
